IT Support pricing

Tendo Computers provide a range of products and services for business and home users. Our IT Support pricing is designed to be fair, affordable and transparent with no hidden costs.

Standard Hourly Rate

Our hourly rate is £50 +VAT per hour ( that's £60 inc. VAT). A one hour minimum charge applies. We do not charge for travelling time to and from your home or office if you are within 8 miles of Bangor centre. Parts are not included in this price.

Full day bookings are charged at reduced rates. Please get in touch for more details.

Service Area

Our service area is within 8 miles drive from the centre of Bangor. Outside of this area, a surcharge of 75p per mile each way is incurred.

Terms and methods of payment

Full payment is due on completion of the work agreed. We accept payment by cash, cheque, BACS transfer or by credit/debit card. We carry a mobile card reader for immediate payment by card.

Remote Support

If practical, we may be able to remotely control your computer to resolve a problem. Our rate for this service is £15+VAT for each 15 minutes.

Pricing FAQs

Are you VAT registered?

Yes, under our official trading name – Tendo Systems – we are VAT registered. Our UK VAT number is 324631718.
All quotations and invoices will include VAT amount details.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

If you are within our Service Area, we do not charge a separate call-out fee. This means if you are within 8 miles of Bangor town centre there will be no call-out charge.
Once we arrive on your premises, a minimum fee of one hour’s labour charge will be incurred.
If you are outside our Service Area, there will be a call-out fee.

Will you charge me if you cannot fix the problem?

Every visit will incur a minimum fee of one hour’s labour charge. We do not have a ‘no fix, no fee’ policy.

In the majority of cases we will solve the problem. However, if the equipment is deemed ‘beyond economical repair’ or if the problem is due to something outside of our control (e.g. if a faulty telephone line means an internet connectivity issue cannot be resolved) payment will still be required. Of course, we will help and advise you on the best steps to take.
